Commission Payments
ING DIRECT sends out a detailed Commission Statement providing all pertinent information on each deal funded. Effective January 1, 2012,
we will enhance our commission payment dates from semi-monthly to a bi-weekly payment schedule.
2012 ING DIRECT Broker Team Payment Calendar
Commission Statements - ING DIRECT will send 2 emails to your office:
- One to advise that the payment has been deposited into your account
- Another contains a full breakdown of each deal which clearly identifies the Client's name, the Agent's name and the mortgage
details.
E-Payment Service - To improve your commission payment delivery, ING DIRECT offers an E-Payment Service, eliminating delays in postal delivery
or lost/misplaced cheques. To take advantage of this service, please send us a copy of a void cheque by fax to 416-758-5606, along with your email address.
Appraisal Reimbursements
Where applicable, appraisal reimbursements are paid on the 9th of each month for mortgage closings from the prior month. Reimbursement
amounts will be fixed at $200 for a Full Appraisal and $165 for a Drive-by Appraisal.
The appraisal reimbursement process is identical to our commission payment process. All reimbursements will be sent electronically
to the same bank account as your commission payments on the 9th of each month.
ING DIRECT does not forward reimbursements directly to agents, clients or Appraisal Companies.
